Toys:
Dogs love their toys, and sometimes that means they don’t last long! Unfortunately, we can’t offer guarantees on toys.
Collars, Leashes & Harnesses:
If you need to return these items, they must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Food & Treats:
We want your pet to enjoy their food! If your pet isn’t happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days as long as you have the original packaging and at least half of the product remaining. We’re happy to exchange it for something your pet will love. If you prefer a refund or store credit, just let us know!
Dog Wash Packages:
Dog wash packages are prepaid so you can enjoy free washes as part of the deal! Because of this, we aren’t able to offer refunds on unused washes.
