Return Policy

Food & Treats: Must have the original packaging and we will return and exchange for something your pet likes. We will return the purchase price to the original payment method or you may opt to have a refund placed onto a store gift card for future use.

Toys: Dogs destroy toys; there is no guarantee on toys. Some manufacturers guarantee their toys; please contact the manufacturer.

Collars, Leashes & Harnesses: 30 days. Must have the original packaging and undamaged, clean condition. Most manufacturers have warranties, but you do have to contact them directly.
