How do I place an order for local delivery?
All orders must be placed on our website, www.pawsonchicon.com. The store that serves your area will automatically be selected based on your delivery zip code.

Yes, we will leave your order at your front door if there is no one home. If you have specific delivery instructions for us, please include those instructions at checkout. We will not be responsible if your delivery location is not a secure place. If you order frozen food to be delivered, please be sure you are home as it will not be refunded if it defrosts. If you need delivery to an apartment or condo building, you must provide access information so we can enter the building. If we can't access the building, your order will be returned to the store and you will have to pick it up.

We deliver Monday - Friday only. We do not deliver on weekends or any holidays that our stores are closed. Currently those days are: Thanksgiving, Chrismas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Orders will be delivered before the end of the next delivery day. This may mean that an order placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Local Delivery is free on orders over $65.00. Orders under $65.00 are charged a $9.99 delivery fee.

Yes! All orders placed through our website are tracked. Please note, you must claim any reward products in-store. We will send an email once a reward has been earned.
