Giving Back to Our Community
At Paws on Chicon, we believe in supporting the communities we serve. We are proud to give back by partnering with local organizations and charities that share our commitment to promoting healthy and sustainable lifestyles—for both people and their pets!
We welcome requests for silent or live auction donations, cash sponsorships, and trade sponsorships for prizes. While we do our best to support as many causes as possible, we receive a high volume of requests and appreciate your understanding that we may not be able to accommodate every request.
How to Submit a Request
To be considered for a donation or sponsorship, please submit your request via email to info@pawsonchicon.com at least 15 days prior to your event. Your request must include the following information:
- Organization Name & Mission – Provide your organization’s name, mission statement, history, and any relevant details.
- IRS 501(c)(3) Status – If applicable, include a copy of your current IRS 501(c)(3) letter.
- Contact Information – Include a contact name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Donation Use – Explain how and when the donation will be used.
- Non-Discrimination Pledge – Confirm that your organization does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other basis prohibited by law.
